If you haven't heard of Calendly, it works like this. First connect your Google Calendar (or Office 365, or Outlook). Then define the meetings that you'll allow people to book. You can then show people a link that will let them check availability directly and book straight into your calendar.
This new task action means you can now show this booking page within Onthen plans.
You can use Onthen to create shareable task pages for onboarding people, customers, employees, anyone into your business.
Each task can either be a simple checkbox ("have you done this thing?"), or can be linked to other actions such as uploading documents, or taking action in other apps such as Calendly in this case.
Your plans would benefit from our Calendly book meeting task where you need to make sure your participants speak with you or your team in-person at some stage.
Some possible scenarios:
Once you've signed up for Calendly and have your calendar connected and a meeting link ready, it's just a case of adding the Calendly / Book meeting task into a new or existing template.
We've written up a full guide to using Calendly with Onthen, so just follow the steps there.
Once your template has a Calendly task, send someone a plan, and when they get to the Calendly task, they'll be able to see your availability and book a meeting right from within the onboarding flow. If you're on a paid plan, the colors will be set to match your plan too so it will look like an integral part of the plan.

After the meeting has been booked, we'll save the details as the result of the task, and the participant can then move onto the next task in the list. You can make Calendly tasks skippable too if you prefer, just like any other task type.
Onthen has full integration with HubSpot, so that you can create plans from HubSpot, and link them to HubSpot objects too (contacts, deals, or tickets).
If you're using HubSpot, you may prefer to use the HubSpot Meeting Scheduler instead, which we also provide a task action for. See our guide to scheduling meetings with HubSpot instead.
