Configuring notifications

To change the notifications that are enabled for your team, click Settings on the main menu, then select Notifications.

You can enable the following notification types for your team:

  • Send participants a weekly update email: This is a weekly digest email that is sent to all participants with active (not complete) plans. It tells them which plans still have tasks left to do and reminds them of their due date, progress, etc.
  • Notify participants 2 days before a task is due: A reminder can be sent a couple of days before a task is due to remind the participant to get started on it.
  • Notify participants when a task goes overdue, and every 2 days from then on: For tasks that have become due, we can send an email on the day the task goes overdue, and will keep reminding them every couple of days thereafter.

Note: Even if you have a notification type enabled here, participants can still opt-out of notifications by type. So there's no guarantee a participant will receive a notification just because it's enabled here.

Remember to click Save changes when you're done.
