Setting up your team

There are a few recommended steps before you start using Onthen.

Add your branding

Go to Settings > Branding to adjust your branding. This allows you to add a main brand color and a logo to plan pages and emails that are sent to participants.

You'll see a preview on the right hand side of the screen. Choose a strong/bold color as we'll create a lighter version to use as the background of pages/emails.

Check your subdomain

In Settings > Access, you'll see the subdomain that participants will use to access your plans. Make sure you're happy with this.

For example, if your team name is ACME, an obvious choice for subdomain would be acme.onthen.app and that carries your branding through to the domain name that participants will see.

Connect your CRM

Our CRM integration allows you to create new plans from within the CRM, adds activity updates to the timeline, and syncs collected data.

We currently integrate with HubSpot (more CRMs coming soon). Learn how to use the HubSpot integration.

Invite some users

Any people in your team that will manage plans will need to be invited into Onthen.
